Bahrain-Mubasher: Ahlia Insurance shareholders gave a nod to the payment of cash dividends at 40% of capital or 40 fils a share, totalling BHD 2.44 million.
Net earnings for the fiscal year 2014 reached BHD 1.7 million, dropping 32.6% compared with BHD 2.516 million a year earlier.
The company operates with BHD 6.1 million capital, divided into 6.1 million shares at BHD 1 par value each.
